hi, been a while since I have comunicated here for various reasons, anyway have been running my layout deadrail now for a while with some sucess I must say though batteries remain a problem size wise. The problem I have encounted however is is a new one for me. I have 5 locofi decoders two of which have been running problem free but now I have finally managed to apply two more of my decoders do you think I can get them to talk to my phone, not a chance. I can still bring the control screen up and operate the origanal decoders but nothing when I try the new ones. Does anyone think its the app on my phone, the wifi conection maybe, but why it talks to two decoders and not the others remains a mystery. Have a nice little Chicago and North Western gas electric I am converting to battery power so will see what happens Cheers Warren Jones

Hello Warren,
Sorry to hear that you are having issues with the other two decoders. There's a few things you can do:
Make sure that it has at least 7V (assuming DULLHB; DDLLHA needs a minimum of 9V) of power supply. Please check with your multimeter at the power input to the module to make sure that is the case. A simple way to do that is to simply power the module with a 9V battery or a charged up 2S LiPo.
Once power is ensured, the next thing to check is if you see any "LOCO-xxxxxx" under Android settings -> Wireless networks -> WiFi -> Available networks.
Also connect a LED between the white and the blue wire. That way when you power the module, if it blinks, we are sure that the module is getting the power.
Let us know how that goes and then we can take it from there.
Best regards,
LocoFi Team
